Shipping & Delivery

This product ships via large-freight curbside delivery. Once your shipment reaches the local terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule a weekday delivery window. A signature from an adult aged 18+ is required. The delivery team will lower the packaged equipment to the curb; transport beyond the curb is the customer’s responsibility.

Please inspect all packaging before signing. Any concerns should be noted directly on the delivery receipt. Assembly is not included with curbside delivery. Inside Delivery / White Glove delivery options may be available for an additional fee.

Warranty

The MVe® Reformer and Tower includes a limited manufacturer warranty covering two years on tower structural components and one year on all other components (excluding upholstery, straps, and loops, which are covered for 60 days). Warranty applies to normal use as described in the owner’s manual and does not cover misuse, modification, or improper service.
